Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 business days of the purchase date. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Methods:

We ship products via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The choice of the carrier is at our discretion, but we strive to choose the most efficient and reliable option for your delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Authentic Institute of Montessori is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Authentic Institute of Montessori is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Authentic Institute of Montessori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Authentic Institute of Montessori will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
